2210 Vanderbilt Beach Road LLC has purchased 8,908-square feet of office space at 2210 Vanderbilt Beach Road from Sun Trust Bank for $1,550,000. The CCIM of Investment Properties Corporation, Craig Timmins, negotiated the transaction.
A 24,792-square foot retail building, which comes complete with warehouse space, was purchased from IB SPE Management Inc and OB Florida CRE Holdings LLC by Mark Wiles. The old Ethan Allen building is located at 16240 South Tamiami Trail, which is situated in Fort Myers. The CCIM with LandQwest Commercial, Mike Doyle, negotiated for the buyer.
Also purchased of late was the 19.5 acres of multifamily vacant land on Whittaker Road in Naples. This was purchased from C&B Reid Farms for $690,000. Craig Timmins of Investment Properties Corp negotiated for the seller, and Gary Hains from Gulf Breeze Real Estate LLC negotiated for the buyer.
An office building was also purchased at 1542 Carson Road in downtown Fort Myers. The buyer was Frank Aloia Jr, a trustee of McGregor/US 41 Investment LT, who purchased the building from Atlantic Trust Bank, First Citizens Bank & Trust Co, and Ironstone Bank; the purchase price was $600,000. The property, which is situated at the foot of the Caloosahatchee Bridge, comprises two office units of 2,795 square feet and 4,606 square feet. The transaction was negotiated for the seller by the principal of LandQwest Commercial, Rokki Rogan.
Besauma Investment LLC bought a 4,500-square foot office building located at 12431 Brantley Commons Court in Fort Myers. The seller was First Southern National Bank, and the price was $310,000. Theresa Blauch-Mitchell and Jim Boback, CCIM, both of whom work for The Boback Group, negotiated the transaction.
