TerraCap Partners invests in the renovation of Naples resort

328 La Quinta Inn & Resort Suites has officially opened its doors in Naples, Florida after TerraCap Partners purchased the property in 2012 and invested in a full renovation of the resort.

 

TerraCap Partners is an investment company that lists real estate as a specialty in its varied portfolio of work. Based in Naples, Florida, the firm has been taking advantage of the investment opportunities abundant in its own back yard.

 

With 15 deep value land investments in high growth markets, Southwest Florida has provided the main location for the firm's investment interests.

 

The 87-room recent addition to its portfolio is located in Bonita Springs, Florida and has undergone a drastic makeover, with each room, the public space and the exterior having been renovated.
